Dr. Gray serves as the Dean of Students for Spalding University. She has previous administrative experience at Kentucky HBCUs: Simmons College and Kentucky State University, as well as the University of Louisville and as a Language Arts teacher for Jefferson Co. Public Schools. Dr. Gray holds a B.A. in English from the University of Louisville and received an M.A.T. in Teaching and an Ed.D. in Leadership from Spalding University.
