I chose the online Doctorate of Education in Leadership (EdD) program at Spalding University because I loved the fact that it was offered online and provided flexibility for working professionals. The program not only enhanced my professional skills but also fostered personal growth, which was a truly inspiring experience.
I connected with and learned from a diverse set of professionals in my cohort who had backgrounds in many different fields. In addition, I enjoyed working with all the professors in the different courses. The structure of the EdD program gives an in-depth perspective across many relevant topics that affect today's leaders.
I especially enjoyed working with Dr. Thomas Malewitz, the program director, Dr. Timothy Findley, and Dr. Kristen Harris. The professors are passionate about the program! I learned a lot from all of them. I highly recommend this program to professionals looking to further their experiences in organizational leadership!
